The
design of I'On was inspired by Lowcountry cities like Charleston,
Savannah and Beaufort - places that have stood the test of time with
their distinctive architectural styles, wide range of lot sizes, "grid"
layout of interconnected streets and mix of residential, commercial
and public places. I'On has certainly adopted many of these classic, proven features, but it is also very much a new place - meeting modern living needs and developing an identity all its own. |
